What an AMAZING Group of Fans!

Well, we did it! The campaign is over and TEAM WORK got it done! We can't tell you how thankful we are for all of your support. It's been an amazing adventure and it's only just beginning. Over the next year, we have a movie to make, fans to meet, your perks to deliver and so much more.

The best part of this journey for me has been the fans. All of you have been such a great example to me of the power of  loyal and devoted fans. Think of the records we broke and the others on the list with us. They did it with twice as many, three times as many, five times as many contributors. That means our 3557 contributors truly believed in the project they were funding. For that, Shemar and his team are truly blessed.

We will continue to update this blog, talk to you via social media, share our production news through every stage and ask for your advice on OUR project. This journey is just beginning and we are excited to share it with you.

The worst part of this for all of you has been not knowing the people behind the scenes. I feel honored to have worked with an amazing team that might not get all the fan attention and their own hashtag like me (I still love #TeamErica), but they are even more important in this process. You all haven't met Staci. She's an amazing screenwriter and the operating hand of this campaign. She has diligently worked behind the scenes and is a delight to know. I hope you all get to meet her this year!

Many of you briefly met our 'Wizard of OZ', the true voice behind the curtain, Ray. He's not only Shemar's manager and best friend, he's also the puppet master of this campaign and an inspiration to all who work closely with him. (Just don't tell him because he's confident enough) ;)

There are so many others that make up the Bounce Back team and we thank every one of them.

I don't know how involved I will be with the film in the future, but I know I will always be part of it as a fan, friend and supporter. Thank you all for this amazing experience, and I can't wait to meet you in person in 2014!

Since Thee Sharp’s great idea to start a $4.00 for the 4th pledge challenge, 59 people backed The Bounce Back Movie project! Thanks again Thee!! We are almost HALF WAY to our goal!!!

There you have it, everyone!  Thee really raised the bar and came up with a great idea for the 4th of July challenge. Following her example, we (Shemar's team) issued a challenge of our own.

This Sunday at 4:00pm PST / 7:00pm EST, Shemar will be joining us LIVE on Twitter for a one hour chat! So many of you have been requesting that he film a video message that it gave me an idea! If by Sunday, you can help us raise HALF of our goal ($250K) then I will personally record you a video thank you from Shemar this Sunday. If by Sunday, you can help us get to $300K, I will schedule a LIVE video chat with Shemar in the VERY NEAR future!

Can we do it? I know we can if we continue to spread the word and give what we can. The $4 promotion was a wonderful way for us to show extra love yesterday. How about $5 today? Any little bit helps us get closer to making this movie (and making history). Let's do it together!

Hey everyone!

I’m overwhelmed with the response to last night’s Twitter party. 6,261,078 impressions world wide and 12,303 Tweets in one hour! We were a top trending topic in the US and WorldWide on Twitter. I could never have imagined a show of affection that large and intense. I’m still going through the tweets from last night and feel humbled (and a little excited by all of your enthusiasm!) I am thrilled to be joining you on Sunday evening for some more fun and flirting.

Our number on Indiegogo continues to climb thanks to all of you, but we still have a lot of work to do. I’m out right now working hard to find support for our film and continue to need you to do what you’ve been doing. Spread the word, claim some perks for yourself and a friend, tell us what more you think we can offer (within reason). I value your opinion as my loyal fans and I know this film has become a true labor of love for you as well.

Thank you for your support and for loving your baby boy! I can’t thank you enough (although I will continue to try).

12,303 Tweets in One Hour! You all are amazing!

Thank you to everyone that attended last night's Twitter party. Our numbers were incredible and your show of love for Shemar will be talked about around here for a while! I can't even begin to imagine what kind of crowd we will have on Sunday (time to be announced soon) when Shemar is on LIVE with us!

If you had fun and you would like to see more online chats, videos, postings and outreach through social media, you need to make your voice heard AND LOUD. Leave comments, tweets, post on Facebook on the Bounce Back pages and Shemar's pages that you want to have more of this! More access to him and more fan opportunities. You see, the social media world is new to Shemar and his team. I don't want them to take my word for it about the impact this is having on his fans. I want them to hear it from you, so from now until Sunday, let's shout everywhere where Shemar and his managers can hear us. I have access to him and I know he trusts my opinion, but it is YOUR voice that means something to him so you have marching orders!

Remember, also, our campaign is still earning money but we are not at our goal yet. We need your help. Give what you can and tell your friends. I'm excited for that post-campaign party we get if we reach our goal. I can't wait to meet all of you that can make it!

Good Morning, Friends!

Happy Monday to Everyone. This morning we thought we'd give you some fun ideas on how to have some fundraising parties in your area.
1) Throw a Criminal Minds (re-run) party! Invite all your friends, charge a $10 cover charge, provide some snacks, and enjoy the show! Take lots of pictures and have fun contests. We will send you THREE Shemar Moore door prizes you can throw into the mix! If you invite ten friends, that's $100 you can contribute to the fund (and claim a perk while you are at it).*
2) Have a "Bounce Back" yard sale! We all have a garage or closet full of things we've been planning to get rid of or donate. Use a Saturday morning to get rid of all that extra stuff. Use the funds raised to claim a bigger perk! Don't have a yard, put your extra stuff on Craigslist. Great way to raise a little money and you don't have to leave the comfort of your sofa!
